ASCON Engineering Co. Ltd is a multi-disciplinary engineering company incorporated in Uganda with over 7 years of experience, having started on 16^th June 2015. The company is a registered limited liability company under the company Acts 2012, wholly owned and managed by Ugandans. ASCON Engineering Co. Ltd was first incorporated as ASCON Consult Limited on the 16^th June, 2015 with the intention of offering general engineering consultancy services. The name was later changed to ASCON Engineering Co. Ltd on the 14^th October, 2019 to accommodate the other aspect of interior design, painting and decoration as well as supplies of engineering services. The name ASCON is not a normal word but an abbreviation taken from the unique naming, Arise System Consults and is written in Capital letters only.

ASCON Engineering Co. Ltd was registered by one young dynamic Civil Engineer, who with over his ten years’ of progressive experience in the engineering business industry is an experienced and skilled civil engineer. The Founder and Chief Executive Director of ASCON Engineering Company is Mr. Oula Francis Denis, who has 100% ownership of the company. He’s currently the company’s Managing Director. Mr. Oula Francis Denis mind-set is mainly involved in the welfare of the clients. He is the one responsible for every type of investments and inputs to the company. He is not only is a role model for the company and the team but also is the vision bearer and main thought behind the idea, concept, the architect or designer who sets the tone, the vision, the mission and pace or direction which the company should follow. He is being assisted by one other co-director.
